Joey came to RA because his owners had to move and the new roommate’s were allergic to him.
He was adopted back in February 2013 but is returning to foster care again due to his people moving. 🙁
He was adopted October 20th 2013 and now being returned Feb 2014 because the new roommate is allergic. Maybe his 4th home will be his forever home?
Joey is a neutered male lop around 2 years old. He is about 7 ½ lbs. Perfect size. Not to small; not too big. He is a very sweet boy. He is calm and mellow. He enjoys just hanging out in a quiet place where he can kick his feet back. He loves to be loved and petted. Sometimes he likes to be picked up and held, other times he doesn’t, however he is always easy to handle. Leave his cage door open and he will go back and potty in his cage/litter box. He is pretty good about this. He does good with kids, but he does get a little frightened around cats and dogs. With his mellow nature and good manners he would be great for a first time bunny owner, but if you already have bunnies, then they are probably going to be jealous as you will instantly fall in love with him!
